Mr. Chibuzor Ofoha (LL.M, ACIArb)

Mr. Chibuzor Ofoha heads the Firm’s Litigation Department, leading strategy, case management, and courtroom advocacy in high-stakes commercial and civil matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He further obtained a master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos, reinforcing his academic and professional excellence.
Mr. Ofoha’s practice focuses on labour and employment law, commercial law, criminal litigation, arbitration, and property law. He has acted for individuals and corporate clients in employment disputes, complex commercial matters, and criminal proceedings before superior courts of record in Nigeria. His experience also includes appearances before international administrative tribunals, as well as domestic arbitration proceedings at arbitral forums.
Mr. Ofoha is not only a distinguished practitioner but also a thought leader in the legal community, reflecting his commitment to sharing knowledge, contributing to legal scholarship through published articles, and staying at the forefront of legal developments.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Section on Business Law (SBL, NBA), the Section on Legal Practice (SLP, NBA), Employment and Labour Law Association of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigeria Branch.
