Mr. Chibuzo Ofoha is a distinguished legal practitioner with extensive experience across core areas of commercial and civil practice. He commenced his legal studies at Imo State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He further obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos, reinforcing his academic and professional excellence.
Mr. Ofoha’s practice focuses on Labour and Employment Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, and Property Law. He has acted for individuals and corporate clients in employment disputes, complex commercial matters, and criminal proceedings before superior courts of record in Nigeria. His experience also includes appearances before International Administrative Tribunals, as well as domestic arbitration proceedings at arbitral forums.
