Mrs. Isoken Onwuchekwa is a graduate of Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University) and is licensed to practice law in Nigeria, and in England & Wales.
Isoken has extensive experience in complex commercial law transactions, corporate advisory services, and civil litigation. She has represented and provided legal advice to individual and corporate clients on complex finance and investment transactions. She is skilled in the drafting and reviewing of investment contracts, as well as in the provision of company secretarial services. She has been involved in the legal representation of both individual and corporate clients in arbitration proceedings, civil and criminal litigation matters up to the superior courts of Nigeria.
