She is also skilled in legal drafting and conveyance.

Oluwatoyin is a graduate of Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), the Nigerian Law School, and the University of Stellenbosch in Cape Town, South Africa where she obtained her LL.M Degree. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association (SBL-NBA), the Section on Public Interest and Development Law (SPIDEL-NBA), and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN).
