The Honourable Justice Samson Odemwingie Uwaifo is a revered retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Following his retirement from the Bench, he has continued to contribute to the legal profession as a legal consultant particularly in the areas of litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). In this capacity, he has served as sole arbitrator and chairman of several arbitration panels in both domestic and international arbitrations.
