Oluwatoyin Eyitayo

Oluwatoyin obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. She also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree from the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa in 2010.
Oluwatoyin’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance. She regularly provides strategic legal advisory and company secretarial services to clients, with particular strength in corporate governance, board support, and statutory compliance. She is also skilled in legal drafting and conveyance.
Known for her strategic insight and solutions-oriented approach, Oluwatoyin plays a key role in legal strategy development, contract negotiation, and team coordination.
