Managing Counsel
Mrs. Stella Nwanne is the Managing Counsel of the Firm. She also heads the company secretarial and corporate advisory practice advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. With a strong grounding in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions, she provides practical advise in line with clients’ business objectives and applicable legal framework. She also has extensive experience in civil litigation having represented a broad spectrum of clients across courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria in diverse matters in banking, enforcement of contracts, debt recovery, liquidation, employment and more.
Stella is a Chartered Secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria (ICSAN). Other professional memberships include the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association (SBL-NBA), and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN).
